Abstract

Third party problems are defined and described using a contractual frame of reference. Therapy within institutional frameworks, variations in fee arrangements, therapy with minors and others not fully independent, provide variations from the classical contractual model of a therapeutic contract. The paper discusses implications of such variations in therapy arrangements.
