In the “Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Patients With Substance Use Disorders, Second Edition” (August supplement), a production error caused two individuals to be misidentified on the title page. Charles P. O’Brien, M.D., Ph.D., was incorrectly identified on the title page as a consultant to the Work Group on Substance Use Disorders. He was a member of the work group. Hilary Smith Connery, M.D., Ph.D., was incorrectly identified as a member of the work group. She was a consultant. In the guideline versions available in print format from American Psychiatric Publishing and online through the APA website, all information appears as intended.
