In the Letter to the Editor “Increases in Amplitude of Low-Frequency Fluctuations in Left Fronto-Parietal Area After Duloxetine Therapy in First-Episode, Drug-Naïve, Major Depressive Disorder With Panic Disorder Patients” (JNP 24:3, Summer 2012), Dr. Chien-Han Lai’s affiliation is Division of Psychiatry, Cheng Hsin General Hospital, Taipei City, Taiwan, ROC.

In the Letter to the Editor “A Case of Pisa Syndrome During Sertraline and Quetiapine Treatment,” published in the Summer 2012 issue, the first/last name of one of the authors was transposed. The author’s name is Socrates Charitos.

In the Regular Article “Engaging in Cognitive Activities, Aging, and Mild Cognitive Impairment: A Population-Based Study,” by Yonas E. Geda, M.D., M.Sc., et al., published in the Spring 2011 issue, the name of the third author was listed incorrectly. The author’s name is Lewis A. Roberts.
