Enjoy a Sampling of Broadway Hits

Also during the APA Annual Meeting in Atlanta, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and its world-famous Chorus will present “Broadway Classics From the Golden Age,” a program in its POPS! Classical Series, conducted by Michael Krajewski. Included in the program are such Broadway classics as “Summertime” from “Porgy and Bess” by George Gershwin, the overture to “West Side Story” by Leonard Bernstein, “I Could Have Danced All Night” from “My Fair Lady” by Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe, and “If I Loved You” from “Carousel” by Richard Rodgers.
The performances will begin at 8 p.m. on Friday, May 13, and Saturday, May 14, and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 15. Ticket prices range from $22 to $75. Atlanta Symphony Hall is located at 1280 Peachtree Street, N.E., near the High Museum of Art. Tickets may be purchased on the Atlanta Symphony website. ■
