Take Deep Dive Into ADHD

Register today for two comprehensive courses being offered at APA’s 2016 Annual Meeting on attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Participants in the full-day course “Essentials of Assessing and Treating ADHD in Adults and Children” will learn how to design a multimodal treatment for children as well as adults with ADHD. The half-day course “Advanced Assessment and Treatment of ADHD” explains the new model of ADHD as the developmental impairment of executive functions and considers implications of this model for ADHD assessment and treatment. Both courses will be directed by Thomas E. Brown, Ph.D., an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine and associate director of the Yale Clinic for Attention and Related Disorders. Brown specializes in the assessment and treatment of high-IQ children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD and related problems. Both courses will be held at the Marriott Marquis. Save by taking advantage of the low advance registration rates now in effect. ■
