Presenting APA’s 2025 Board of Trustees Candidates

Voting begins on January 2 and ends on January 31, 2025. Find more information at psychiatry.org/election.
The APA Nominating Committee has presented 13 candidates for six positions on APA’s 2025 Board of Trustees. All candidates are pictured at right, grouped by position, while election guidelines are excerpted on the opposite page. You can find candidate bios, position descriptions, full election guidelines, and more at psychiatry.org/election.
Voting for APA’s 2025 national elections opens on Thursday, January 2, and closes on Friday, January 31, 2025. Eligible voting members will be emailed a link to the APA Election 2025 Guide to the Candidates in mid-December, followed by an electronic ballot beginning on January 2. Election results will be announced by February 17, with newly Board of Trustees members being installed during the APA 2025 Annual Meeting in Los Angeles on May 21, 2025.
