Abstract

Brief goal-limited homosexual couple therapy can provide a useful adjunct to individual therapy of homosexuals. Utilization of couple therapy in the treatment of two male homosexual patients is described. Some general differences are noted in the treatment of homosexual couples as contrasted with heterosexual couples. The therapeutic effect of this type of intervention combined with individual therapy is discussed.
