Proposed Amendment to the Bylaws

On the 2002 ballot APA members will be asked to vote on a proposed amendment to Chapter 11.2 of the Bylaws of APA. The change will require Assembly ratification of any amendments that are approved by the Board of Trustees. Such amendments are not effective until after Assembly ratification.
