If You Want Paper, You'll Have to Request It

Most Medicare carriers will be sending out the 2005 fee schedule along with the other materials they send you annually on a CD-ROM rather than the usual paper documents. If you need to have paper rather than the CD-ROM, you must contact your Medicare carrier and request the paper version.
You can access a list of Medicare carriers on APA's Web site under“ Practice of Psychiatry” at<www.psych.org/psych_pract/medicare_medicaid/medicare_carriers/medcarrier_list.cfm>, or you can call the Managed Care Help Line at (800) 343-4671, and we'll provide you with the contact information. ▪
