Stewart Honored

The Federation of Medical Women of Canada recently presented its 2005 May Cohen Leadership Award to Donna Stewart, M.D.
The award recognizes a member of the federation for her role in the promotion of women's health. The award is named for May Cohen, M.D., a former federation president.
Stewart is a professor and chair of women's health at the University Health Network at the University of Toronto and editor of Menopause, A Mental Health Practitioner's Guide, published earlier this year by American Psychiatric Publishing Inc. (APPI). At APA, she chaired the Committee on Women for many years and is now a member of the APPI Board of Directors and deputy editor of its Editorial Board. ▪
