PRMS Partners With Foundation

Professional Risk Management Services Inc. (PRMS) has identified a unique way to support the mission of the American Psychiatric Foundation. As the manager of The Psychiatrists' Program, the APA-endorsed Psychiatrists' Professional Liability Insurance Program, PRMS has initiated a series of informational and service surveys of program participants, other APA members, and the mental health community. For every completed survey, PRMS will make a donation to the foundation.
The donations will benefit the foundation's 2005 Annual Fund, which supports grants and programs that advance public understanding that mental illnesses are real and can be effectively treated. With support of APA members and others, the foundation can change lives by educating the public about the importance of early recognition, the need to remove barriers to quality mental health care, and the value of treatment.
APA members may access the survey online at<www.psychprogram.com/APFsurvey>. More information about The Psychiatrists' Program is posted at<www.psychprogram.com>.
