Hit Delete Key on Paper

Hello, electronic medical records; farewell paper charts!
I have been using an electronic medical records system in my psychiatric practice for more than three years. I have also been using an electronic prescription program. Both are indispensible and cost-effective. Records can be retrieved from any computer with an Internet connection. Moreover, the initial cost of the programs is very doable.
Both systems have proven to be a robust and effective method of practicing in a busy psychiatric office.
