You can get an in-depth look at many of the sites that have contributed to Washington D.C.'s, rich history by taking advantage of the many scheduled tours that will be available during the APA annual meeting next month. This is a great opportunity for attendees and families to explore multiple aspects of the nation's capital city and to learn from experienced guides. You can obtain information on each of the tours, from art museums to the zoo to cruises on the Potomac River, by going to the APA Web site<www.psych.org> and selecting “Annual Meeting” and then “Tours in Washington, D.C.”
Not only are Washington's famous sites, such as the Lincoln Memorial and Kennedy Center, impressive, but so are their settings overlooking the Potomac River.
