Annual Meeting
Published Online: 4 February 2011

Be Ready for Sand and Sun

Leave your formal attire and warm clothes at home.
This year's annual meeting promises a rare package. Yes, you are coming to Honolulu to enhance your clinical knowledge and learn about the latest research findings in psychiatry, but that's not all. You are also coming to enjoy the beauty and culture of Hawaii. The dress code is “Aloha business casual,” and the schedule has been arranged to give you ample time to explore and enjoy. A complete schedule of annual meeting highlights will appear in the February 18 issue, but here's a sampling: Scientific sessions will begin and end earlier than usual; they will be held Saturday, May 14, through Wednesday, May 18, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a midday break to visit the Exhibit Hall. The Opening Session will be held on Sunday, May 15, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and the Convocation will be held the next day at that same time.
Aloha!
