Honolulu May 14-18: Register Now for the Annual Meeting!

There are three easy ways to register for APA's 2011 annual meeting and courses, and you can save on fees by registering before April 8. Annual meeting information and forms can be accessed at APA's Web site at <www.psych.org/annualmeeting>.

REGISTER ONLINE

Go to the URL above and scroll down to "Register Now." Save $10 by registering online.

FAX REGISTRATION FORM

Fax your completed registration form with credit card information to (703) 907-1097. There is a $10 processing fee for faxed forms.

MAIL REGISTRATION FORM

Mail your completed registration form and payment by credit card or check made payable to APA to Annual Meeting Registrar, Department 235, Washington, D.C. 20055-0235.
After April 8, you may register online only (on-site fees apply), not by mail or fax.
