Participation of Corporate Managers in Mental Health Quality Assurance Teams

Abstract

This program can be replicated in any setting that requires the evaluatiori and accountability of services and programs. It has proven that evaluation of mental health services by corporate executives on a short-term basis provides the evaluators with a personally gratifying experience and leads to stronger advocacy within the community for improved care for mental health clients.
