Nutritional Adequacy of Meals in Community Residences

Abstract

The majority of the operators would benefit from nutrition education aimed at improving their planning and purchasing skills to meet the nutritional needs of clients. Such training should attempt to make use of the operators' strengths and to generate their enthusiasm. It should also incorporate more precise quantitative methods of measuring the effectiveness of educational efforts.
