Mental Health Care in America: 2076

Abstract

The author, formerly chairman of the editorial board of Hospital & Community Psychiatry, traveled thousands of miles on foot and by camel, raft, and Land Rover to gather the information presented in this paper. His research was supported in part by NIMH grant No. PR1976-100-2076. The editors regret that despite repeated attempts they were unable to prepare an adequate summary of his findings.
