In the article “Improving the Quality of Psychiatric Care: Aligning Research, Policy, and Practice,” by Kelli Jane K. Harding, M.D., and Harold Alan Pincus, M.D. (Focus 2011 9: 153–164), a missing hyphen in a URL for a self-report instrument directed those clicking on the link to a site different than the intended page on the MacArthur Foundation website. The correct URL is http://depression-primarycare.org/clinicians/toolkits/. The link in the online version was fixed on August 22, 2011.
