Reminder From Your President

APA's 2006 election is your opportunity to participate in the governance of the Association and the agenda for advocacy for our patients and the profession. So I urge you to review the information on the candidates that appeared in the December 2 issue of Psychiatric News and is posted on the Internet at<www.psych.org> and to vote when you receive your ballot. Every vote counts and makes a difference in deciding our future—your future.
Ballots will be mailed to all voting members on December 22 and must be received by the company handling APA's election (Intelliscan Inc.) by 5 p.m. EST on February 6, 2006. Members also have the option of voting online from APA's Web site at<www.psych.org>. The deadline for online voting is the same as for the paper ballots.
