Register Now for the Meeting!

There are three easy ways to register for APA’s 2012 annual meeting and courses, and you can save up to $45 on fees by registering before April 6. Annual meeting information and forms can be accessed at APA’s Web site at www.psych.org/annualmeeting.
REGISTER ONLINE
Member Registration: Go to www.psych.org/annualmeeting and click on “Member Advance Registration.”
Nonmember Registration: Go to www.psych.org/annualmeeting and click on “Nonmember Advance Registration.”
Save $10 by registering online.
FAX REGISTRATION FORM
Fax your completed registration form with credit card information to (703) 907-1097. There is a $10 processing fee for faxed forms. Faxed registration forms will not be accepted after April 13.
MAIL REGISTRATION FORM
Mail your completed registration form and payment by credit card or check made payable to APA to American Psychiatric Association Annual Meeting, P.O. Box 418237, Boston, Mass. 02241-8237. Mailed registration forms will not be accepted after April 13.
After April 6, you may register online only at the late advance/on-site registration rates.
