Video Guide | Introduction

Excerpt

In the second edition of this book, I worked with director Eric Arnold to develop a companion DVD to the text that featured videos of my work with three different patients. In this third edition, the videos are provided online at www.appi.org/Gabbard rather than on DVD, and I have added two additional videos, also directed by Eric Arnold. The first of these features Paul, a new patient who attempts to control the therapy, and the other features Margery, a patient whose early experience in therapy was included in the previous edition and who is now shown approaching the termination of therapy in this new vignette.
