In our experience, Frenquel up to 80 mg. t.i.d. had no effect on 17 schizophrenic patients, 2 alcoholics, and 7 psychoneurotic subjects. A trial of pilocarpine at 10 mg. t.i.d. also proved to be without effect on 26 out of 27 subjects.
