In the preceding chapters, we have looked at the individual elements of a treatment plan and the separate steps needed to reach a therapeutic contract. Of necessity, this approach presented a somewhat fragmented picture of what should be a continuous and seamless process. We can now follow a single case from its beginning to the completion of its contract.
